Ingredients

1tb minced ginger

2tb minced garlic

1 tap chilli flakes

1 sliced onion

500g sliced chicken thigh

2 tb kecap manis

2tb oyster sauce

2 tap sugar

1 tsp soy sauce

3tb corn flour

5tb water

4 grated carrots

400g hokkien noodles

2 tsp sichuan pepper

1 bunch of Choy sum/Chinese brocolli

Method

  1. Fry off ginger, garlic, chilli and onion in oil until fragrant
  2. Add chicken and fry until browned
